As a small company based in Taiwan, we greatly appreciate your support. Please note that all subscription purchases are final, and we are unable to offer refunds at this time. 行政院消費者保護會透過「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」，第2條具體規定出七個通訊交易不適用七日鑑賞期的情形，以及不適用的原因第五點非以有形媒介提供之數位內容或一經提供即為完成之線上服務，經消費者事先同意始提供。 比如訂閱服務的序號、帳號開通、或無形服務…等行為，如果經經過消費者同意，已完成下載、註冊、登記或已經開始提供服務，即視為已履行商品契約，故不適用鑑賞期。
Consumer Protection Committee of the Executive Yuan has established the "Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Withdraw from Distance Sales Transactions." Article 2 specifically lists seven circumstances where the seven-day cooling-off period does not apply to distance sales transactions. One of these circumstances, specified in the fifth point, states that the cooling-off period does not apply to digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium or to online services that are completed as soon as they are provided, provided that the consumer has given prior consent for the provision.
